**Woods & Co Recruitment** have teamed up with a national industry leader in the staircases industry. We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their expanding team.

Working on a Monday to Friday basis reporting to the Machine Shop Team Lead, as an experienced CNC Operator you will be operating a brand new Biesse 5-Axis machine to produce solid timber stair components.

**What do you do?**
- Operate CNC machines according to designs/drawings and dimensions received from the Drafting/Detailing team.
- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep on machines and tools.
- Completing quality control checks and reporting any defects.
- Ensuring company compliance, quality health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

**What do you need**:

- Previous operating CNC Machines (3 or 5-Axis).
- Programming machinery (advantageous).
- Industry experience in (joinery/carpentry/manufacturing) environment.
- MUST hold a current Australian driver’s license.
