About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Test Consultant to work within the Cloud Business Solutions team to design and build systems and applications for Atturra's customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing of allocated dynamics CRM projects
  • Author test cases and provide input to test strategy and test plans
  • Design, create and execute test cases in DevOps
  • Write clear, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
  • Mentor a team of junior testers and drive them to follow best testing practices
  • Perform timeboxed regression testing in pre-prod environments
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to build a solid understanding of testing objectives and requirements
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including development team coordinators, product managers, and business analysts
  • Experience with testing Microsoft Dynamics projects

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
