About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Test Manager to join our team at Planit. As a senior test management professional, you will be responsible for leading and delivering testing activities at a project or program level, ensuring exceptional quality and meeting agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and plan testing activities to deliver high-quality results within complex environments and timeframes.
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by the team and stakeholders.
  • Collect and assess metrics, reporting test progress to clients and Planit seniors.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, seeking support from senior Planit employees when needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of how Planit's work impacts clients and how recommendations for testing and quality practices can add value to client lifecycles.
  • Lead delivery initiatives onshore and offshore.
  • Grow Planit's Agile capability through industry presentations, meetups, and article publications.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Test Management/Test Consultant experience covering all areas of SDLC/STLC across multiple industries.
  • Experience delivering agile transformation initiatives with a focus on scrum adoption and consistency of best practice.
  • Ability to perform Test Process Optimisation (TPO) reviews and present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Experience working with CRM, HR/Scheduling, Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll/Billing systems.
  • Test mentoring and leadership skills, including setting clear vision and directives for teams.
  • Resource and work allocation, pipeline planning, tracking, and activity management.
  • Ability to produce high-quality presentations.
