Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care, working collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
- Act as an appropriate role model, promoting a culture that supports the NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment relevant to the specialty.
- Able to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsive.
- Effective communication and engagement skills to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Ability to interact professionally with others, resolve conflicts, and use critical thinking in evidenced-based nursing care.
- Understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in the workplace.
- An Australian C-Class driver's license is required; applicants must obtain a NSW C-Class license within three months of appointment.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
