Job Title: Pharmacist

This part-time role entails overseeing the dispensary and providing professional services including pharmacotherapy and vaccinations, while ensuring high-quality customer service.

  • Experience in Methda (pharmacotherapy) and Minfos Dispense is essential for this position.
  • The pharmacist will work independently during some shifts, handling all responsibilities as the sole pharmacist.

Rostered Hours:

  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Alternate Sundays: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Minfos Dispense and familiarity with Methda are necessary skills.
  • Pharmacists must be able to manage high script volumes, which can range from 300-350 weekdays and up to 280 on Saturdays.
  • Providing methadone/ORT/CPOP services approximately 6-7 times daily is also required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are crucial.
  • Pharmacists should have the capacity to work independently and confidently when needed.
