Lead Psychologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to develop and lead our services, focusing on delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote social justice and support individuals experiencing challenges associated with drug and alcohol use.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Psychologist with appropriate competencies and experience to join our national team of Psychologists and qualified counsellors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the delivery of specialized interventions and supporting recovery.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing psychosocial interventions, providing clinical supervision, and working closely with colleagues to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of psychological principles and practice, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
About You:
- A Registered Psychologist with a strong background in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions
