We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultant.
About The Role In this role, you will: Provide high-quality EAP counselling and crisis response services in our Bundall office.
We currently have 2 days available on Thursday and Friday.
Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Requirements Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
