We're seeking a visionary leader to join our Board of Directors. As a Non-Executive Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation and driving positive change within the Aboriginal community.

About the Role

As a member of our Board, you'll bring your unique perspective and expertise to inform key decisions that impact the lives of children, families, and communities. Your contributions will help us create culturally safe practices, develop policies, and advance our mission to support Aboriginal children and families.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong ties to Dharug, Gundungurra, or Gadigal Country, a passion for seeing Aboriginal children, families, and communities thrive, and a commitment to using your voice and knowledge to influence real change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Board discussions with your lived experience, cultural insights, and values
  • Help shape policy and strategy that prioritises culturally safe practice
  • Support connection with community and offer cultural advice as needed
