About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Gas Plumbing Customer Service Representative to join our Technical Help Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to provide technical advice and remote support for branded products to customers across various industries.

Job Summary:

We currently have a position available for a customer service representative with trade qualifications in plumbing or gasfitting, or extensive experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for providing timely product operation and service information, maintenance, and diagnostic guides to customers, as well as specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products and related systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and remote support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Distribution, Service, and Sales departments
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and resources for customers
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications in plumbing or gasfitting, or extensive experience as a customer service representative in an HVAC or similar company call centre
  • Intermediate general computer skills and competency using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
