Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

The Role
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to keep them informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
  • Develop accurate estimates for additional work or repairs.
  • Sell additional services as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Service Advisor role or relevant industry (Banking, Real Estate, Customer Facing).
  • Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • A proactive approach and professional presentation.
  • Experience working with KPIs.
  • Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience desirable but not essential.
