Job Title:
A Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst is required to work with technical and non-technical teams to facilitate the migration of all infrastructure from one tenant to a central network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements from business stakeholders and analyze processes
- Review current and future state requirements
- Migrate data and infrastructure from tenant to tenant
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through efficient analysis
- Facilitate workshops to gather agile requirements
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and document via user stories
- Collaborate with technical personnel to explain and clarify problems and requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong experience in infrastructure migration projects, specifically Google or M365
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Government experience highly regarded
- Experienced in conducting workshops and eliciting relevant information
