**Quality Assurance Manager**We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and improve policies, procedures, and forms to ensure service delivery quality standards are being met. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of Quality Standards and Accreditation systems.The key responsibilities of the role include:• Providing support to the organisation regarding Quality Management and legislative requirements
• Establishing systems that ensure service delivery quality standards are being met
• Assisting with audit preparation for Aged Care and Disability Services
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and forms
• Ensuring staff and supervisors are informed of policy and procedural changesThe ideal candidate will have:• Thorough knowledge of Quality Standards and Accreditation systems
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a Quality Assurance focused role
• Excellent report writing skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills**Benefits:**- Excellent salary: $85,000 per annum + Super
