The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's operations, develop your team through coaching and training, and drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • A track record of achieving KPIs and driving business results

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free uniform, cultural celebrations, and opportunities for career growth and development.
