Allocator Position Overview

Your next opportunity lies in a fast-paced and dynamic role as an allocator within our high-performing team in Brisbane.

This position entails allocating up to 120 trucks daily, requiring the ability to identify and deliver flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships with delivery partners in sales and operations, ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectations.

Ahead of time planning is crucial to provide efficient logistics and resource allocation. You will also facilitate order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet allocations and scheduling capability
  • Previous logistics experience including chain of responsibility, fatigue management, and mass management knowledge
  • Experience in the transport or construction industry
  • Good knowledge of QLD metropolitan geographical area
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
About This Role

The ideal candidate will be able to work varying shifts between 5:30am-5:00pm and rotating Saturdays 6am-1pm. They must be prepared to work flexibly within a team and contribute to achieving shared goals.
