Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Commercial Services and Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of debtor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate cash collection, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of debtor accounts with a focus on risk reduction and cash collection.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on monthly and yearly account trends against forecast.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Analyse account performance and provide insights on delinquency and trends.
  • Influence customers in line with agreed trading terms through strong negotiation and relationship-building.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • You possess strong reconciliation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and have experience working with ERP systems.
  • You have excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing deadlines.
  • You possess confident negotiation and influencing skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
