Financial Portfolio Manager

The Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial liquidity, funding, and risk activities across a dynamic portfolio of assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop cash flow forecasting models for operational needs and property development initiatives.
- Manage debt facilities including covenant compliance refinancing and negotiation with financial institutions.
- Oversee treasury operations ensuring efficient transaction processing and robust internal controls.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks including interest rate and credit exposure.
- Advise senior leadership on treasury matters supporting strategic decision making.
- Nurture strong relationships with financial partners auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field of study.
- 7+ years experience in treasury corporate finance or a similar role preferably in regulated industries.
- Professional certifications such as CPA CFA CA or MBA are highly regarded.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling risk management and debt financing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage banking relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
