About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our on-site team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure contract KPIs are met.

  • Manage and mentor a small on-site team
  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via CMMS
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor budgets and review invoices
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate. You should have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and proficiency with CMMS systems and MS Office Suite.
