**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Educator in providing high-quality care to children, focusing on continual improvement.
  • Develop relationships with families and extend children's knowledge base.
  • Meet each child's daily needs and provide opportunities for learning experiences, projects, and programs.
  • Prepare materials and activities for children and assist in supervising them at all times.
  • Interact with children to jointly construct learning through collaborative investigation and exploration.
  • Fulfill operational responsibilities and duties as requested by the Educator and/or Centre Director.
  • Understand, adhere to, and promote Centre policies and procedures.
About You

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold:

  • A current Certificate III in Children Services or have commenced studying towards this qualification.
  • A current Attainment of Suitability Card (Blue Card).
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
