Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Work closely with partners to run social media brand collaborations.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs and optimise strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms. You should have a strong interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the crypto ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
- Experience in the marketing and promotion of well-established brands or social media side projects with a strong following and engagement.
- Ability to work with allocated budgets and confidently deal with brand partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and high organisational skills.
