Job Title: Graduate Package Consultant – SAP HANA Analytics

Unlock your potential in a dynamic and innovative environment as a Graduate Package Consultant – SAP HANA Analytics.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of packaged solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint solution suite.

  • Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting packaged solutions
  • Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
  • Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
  • Use IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges

Requirements:

  • Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
  • Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, or SD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or coursework experience in SAP environments
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Exposure to SAP ERP systems and associated modules
