Chief Support Officer

This high-level position requires discretion, organisation, and the ability to manage complex tasks while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Executive Assistance, and at least 5 years of experience in administration duties.
A strong understanding of governance, executive operations, and stakeholder engagement is necessary for this role. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism, prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and other collaboration tools. They will also be experienced in crisis intervention, community education, and specialist services in aged care, disabilities, family, and children's programs.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EA to provide support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
