We are seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team. If you have experience in military roles like Intelligence analysts and are passionate about working with cutting-edge technology, then this opportunity may be of interest.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding technically complex escalated problems identified in our software ecosystem. Frequently, these problems might not only be technically complex, but will be time sensitive, requiring the highest level of customer focus skills.
  • Represent us during customer facing engagements including technical support, training and demonstrations. Drive onboarding and growth in our existing customer base. Identify customers not maximizing their capabilities and form an action plan to help them achieve success.
  • Create customized training materials, participate in beta testing and provide discrepancy reports and enhancement requests to engineering. Support the Head of Customer Success with administrative tasking including managing team events and supporting conference booth setup and breakdown.
