We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant to join our team at Your Trades Pty Ltd. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
- Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring high standards for processing
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry and bookkeeping
- Handle phone calls and emails from customers, and work closely with the company director on ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist with sales calls and earn an incentive bonus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
- Experience using Xero and familiarity with Hubdoc
- Proven experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices
