About the Role

The Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager and customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage inbound service and support requests from customers.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate the allocation of new installation and field-service work to technicians and subcontractors.
  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing job coordination and work in progress.
  • Plan and liaise with customers to schedule installation and service appointments.
  • Manage service administration, including completed worksheets and invoicing.
  • Ensure technicians have necessary documentation and information prior to on-site visits.
  • Support the Service Manager in monitoring inventory movement and stock levels for technicians and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate information within the CRM system.
  • Process invoices and sales administration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded.
  • A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
