Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Combination (HC) truck driver to transport refrigerated products from our central distribution hub in Queensland to retail destinations across Brisbane and its neighboring regions.

The successful candidate will operate a fleet of automatic Volvo trucks, ensuring efficient delivery of up to 3 loads daily. The role involves minimal manual handling tasks and requires a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety-First Mindset: Driving the commitment to safety standards at all times
  • Proper Coupling & Uncoupling Procedures: Complying with established procedures for safe operation
  • Loading & Unloading Expertise: Maneuvering of side curtains for secure loading and unloading
  • Excellent Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and representing the organization in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • A current and valid HC license
  • A history of safe work practices
  • Familiarity with Brisbane metro area and surrounding regions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude
