Senior Aggregate Testing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Supervisor to oversee laboratory and field testing operations for aggregates and soils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Foster relationships with Quarry personnel and Technical Managers.
- Operational Management:
- Manage material testing services.
- Maintain quality control testing programs.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NATA requirements.
- Health and Safety:
- Manage health and safety for laboratory personnel.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Customer Service:
- Review and release test results to customers.
- Address non-compliance issues and risk assessments.
- Assist in improving laboratory processes and procedures.
- Ensure efficient and timely customer invoicing.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV or higher in Laboratory Operations and Techniques is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ability to work independently with passion and drive.
- Professionalism and technical expertise in Aggregates and Soils.
