Corporate Communications Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content for social media platforms to enhance online presence and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Support community engagement by responding to interactions with followers on various platforms, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Create eye-catching posters and social media posts using design software like Canva.
- Design creative visuals to promote campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the communications team to align efforts with broader goals.
- Plan and send email campaigns, newsletters, and updates to the audience while adhering to branding and goals.
- Review and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
- Transcribe audio or video content for social media or other purposes as needed.
- Support 3-4 community events per month by promoting, organizing, and attending them.
- Ensure website resources are updated regularly and perform plugin/software updates as necessary.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
