High-performance production operatives are sought to operate large machinery on a busy production line in Coopers Plains.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating extruder machines, coilers, stackers and overhead cranes, possess a mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Operating extruder machines, coilers and stackers
  • Maintaining machinery using hand tools and an electric strapping tool
  • Operating a forklift and performing quality checks

This role requires flexibility with day and night shifts, weekend work, rotating rosters and physical stamina including lifting up to 30kg. Candidates must be willing to wear full personal protective equipment.

Pre-employment requirements involve passing a drug and alcohol test, obtaining a current Police check and holding a Forklift License or willingness to obtain one.
