Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain sound cash handling and EFTPOS skills to ensure accurate transactions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the business to inform customer recommendations
  • Ensure high store standards, assist with merchandising, and presentation of products
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting products and services effectively
  • Assist with stock control and quality management to maintain efficient inventory levels
