Senior Project Manager Job Summary

Job Description:

Project Management

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes:

  • Developing and executing project plans

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams

  • Maintaining project schedules and budgets

  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Leadership

The Senior Project Manager will provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication. This includes:

  • Leading project teams through business cases and capital approval processes

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies

  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders and sponsors

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • PMP certification or equivalent experience
