Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead accredited health, safety, environmental, and quality audits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of management systems and standards, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead assessments according to established procedures, prepare reports, and determine assessment conclusions.
  • Support and develop future lead auditors.
  • Contribute to the development of core competencies and processes, including sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Assist in business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities with key partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent education.
  • An understanding of management systems and standards like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17021 and ISO 17029.
  • Training to recognized international standards for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, or ISO 9001; IRMA, ASI, or Copper Mark certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data reporting processes and EHS regulations across various sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering audits on time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Coaching abilities in audit delivery.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

Experience:

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including:

  • Operational, development, or assessment of management systems for delivering services/products and reporting EHS performance.
  • Sector experience in one or more of the following: Oil and Gas, Mining and Minerals, Data Centres, Manufacturing.
