As an Executive Assistant to the Dean of Pedagogy and Innovative Practice, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of both remits. This role involves providing high-level, confidential executive support and organisational assistance to the Dean and Director.

About the Role
  • Provide high-level, confidential executive support and organisational assistance to the Dean of Pedagogy and Innovative Practice and the Director of People & Culture
  • Maintain relevant databases and systems management
  • Development of high-level documents including presentations, strategic and operational reports, and publications

This individual will have a proactive and organised approach in managing a wide range of responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Key tasks include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with confidential information discreetly, with at least 5 years of experience in office administration and/or Executive Assistant roles.
