Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly-organised and proficient Landscape Architect to be based at either our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions and documentation, ensuring client requirements are achieved in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.
As a Landscape Architect, you will have exposure to the full scope of the landscape design process across various industry sectors with a strong focus on urban regeneration across Victoria, ACT, New South Wales, and Queensland. You will work on exciting award-winning projects, including the Newstead Waterfront and Harmony Town Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensure client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.
- Prepare plans and documents for projects, including computer-based plans, hand-drawn sketch plans, and written reports and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and proactively assisting client managers in finding solutions.
- Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
- Assist client manager where required to ensure monthly invoices are completed on time and WIP is invoiced regularly.
- Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, government subcontractors, sub-consultants, and industry bodies.
- Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (BBE) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) is preferred but not essential.
- Around 2 years previous experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice.
- Some experience using Revit.
- Experience using relevant computer packages, i.e., AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop required.
- Comprehension of other computer packages such as Sketch-up, Lumion is advantageous.
