We are seeking a highly-organised and proficient Landscape Architect to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our landscape design team, you will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions, documentation, and ensuring client requirements are met in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensure client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.
- Prepare plans and documents for projects, including computer-based plans, hand-drawn sketch plans, written reports, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and proactively assisting client managers in finding solutions.
- Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
- Assist client managers in ensuring monthly invoices are completed on time and WIP is invoiced regularly.
- Manage stakeholders internally and externally, including clients, government subcontractors, sub-consultants, and industry bodies.
- Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (BBE) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA).
- Around 2 years previous experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice.
- Some experience using Revit and relevant computer packages, such as Auto CAD, In Design, and Photoshop.
- Comprehension of other computer packages, such as Sketch-up and Lumion, is advantageous.
