Job Description

The role of Cost Manager involves overseeing the financial aspects of projects, from preparation to delivery. This entails managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring compliance with established financial protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and price individual items within a cost plan, engaging with market stakeholders where necessary.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and assess tender returns to inform recommendations.
  • Review contractor variations and payment claims, providing timely advice to project teams.
  • Compile benchmarking data and utilize our digital platform to implement deliverables efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires postgraduate experience, preferably 2-3 years. Additionally, AIQS or RICS membership, or progress towards membership is essential. Experience in CostX is beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of project lifecycles, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities.
