Job Description

As a dedicated and skilled professional, you have the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with your passion for nurturing and developing others. This role involves working in partnership with various teams to deliver identified programs and education as specified in the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.

This position will work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Department Managers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing student placement bookings, coordinating and delivering education programs, monitoring compliance to mandatory training requirements, and facilitating competency programs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members receive the necessary training and support to provide high-quality patient care. This includes creating and managing profiles for future opportunities.
