**Job Title:** Retail Store Manager

The Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of your store, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.

  • Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Cultivate high team morale and encourage individual development through coaching and mentoring.
  • Evaluate and improve OH&S management, adhering to state and national legislation.
