**We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our part-time team**

This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS
  • WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS TO HELP THEM USE IN-BRANCH TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL BANKING OPTIONS
  • ASKING ABOUT AND RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS' TRANSACTIONAL NEEDS, ENSURING THEY LEAVE SATISFIED
