Job Title: Senior H&S Business Partner

Zenergy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Business Partner to oversee major projects in the renewable energy sector.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the company's vision for a clean energy future.

About the Role:

  • Oversee works being undertaken by Joint Venture Contractors across major projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the H&S Manager and team members to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Manage contracted specialist services and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective H&S strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide high-level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in the transmission industry, large construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in managing contracted specialist services and understanding of H&S auditing.
  • SafeWork, NSW White Card, and a current driver's licence.
