Supporting Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a vital member of our care solutions, you will play a key role in delivering personalised support that empowers individuals with disabilities to live life on their own terms.

  • Provide meaningful support and assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, access community resources, promote social inclusion, and facilitate wellbeing activities.
  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring holistic care through collaboration with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members.

Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
  • Valid unrestricted drivers license.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care, etc.
