Job Title: Management Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree in Accounting and/or Finance and possess CPA/CA accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare workpapers and calculations for Income Tax and FBT Annual returns for the consolidated group.
  • Assist the Group Reporting Manager with external audit and reviews on a half-yearly basis, including the preparation and collation of relevant audit reconciliations and reports.
  • Prepare daily cash flow reports, comparing actuals to forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly management report packs, including consolidated group balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, accounts receivable, and other reports for executive and management.
  • Reconcile and maintain consolidated group PPE and Intangible Fixed Asset movement schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain FBT expense registers and Income tax registers for the consolidated group.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, process end-of-month accruals, and reconcile intercompany loans.
  • Provide guidance to finance department shared services staff and perform ad-hoc reporting and project tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience being proactive, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Experience using Dynamics GP is an advantage.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
