Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for leading pre- and post-contract cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a consultancy environment delivering cost management services.

They will also have professional membership with AIQS, RICS, or working toward chartership, and proven leadership and client-facing experience with strong commercial acumen.

A background in mid- to large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Australia is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre- and post-contract cost management services across a portfolio of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic commercial advice.
  • Oversee cost plans, estimates, tender reviews, and value engineering exercises.
  • Manage and mentor quantity surveyors and cadets to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Provide commercial oversight, reporting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to fee proposals.
What You'll Need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a consultancy environment delivering cost management services.

  • Proven leadership and client-facing experience with strong commercial acumen.
