Role Description

The Performance Media Manager is accountable for spearheading campaign planning and overseeing the management across all digital channels (paid social, paid search, and programmatic).

Your scope will include:

  • Developing a strategic media response to a brief, bringing your ideas to the table, and delivering and reporting on results.
  • Assisting the team and overseeing Performance Media Executives and/or Coordinators to ensure account deliverables, including reporting, optimisation tactics, quality-checks, and implementation of best practice approaches to media.
  • Working closely with Product Marketing Managers and Campaign Managers at the client organisation to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches that deliver on their business goals.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with key media and technology partners, such as Google, Meta, Trade Desk, and TikTok.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to Performance Media Directors and into Coordinators/Executives.
