Military Lawyer Specialist

Job Description
">- Work in a diverse range of military legal practices including disciplinary, administrative, operations, civil and commercial law.
- Handle legal aid requirements and engage with clients on various matters.
- Develop skills and expertise through training and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
">- Lead and mentor teams of lawyers to motivate and succeed in their work.
- Advise on complex legal issues and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that reflect best practice in military law.
Requirements
">- Admitted as a Barrister and/or Solicitor of the High Court of Australia or the Supreme Court of a State or Territory of Australia.
- Possess over 18 months of Solicitor experience.
- Hold Australian citizenship and be eligible for a security clearance.
