Venue Operations Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rooftop bar, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation
  • Leading and mentoring a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A proven track record in high-end hospitality or venue management
  • Outstanding knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and food
  • Proficiency in all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive and respectful attitude, setting the standard for our dynamic team
