Curriculum Middle Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Curriculum Middle Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, safe, supportive, co-operative and aligned with relevant curriculum, policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong literacy, numeracy and digital literacy practices plus a clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum. They will also be committed to child safety, exhibit exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, and display proven organisational skills.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success.
  • Develop and implement quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy in collaboration with peers.
  • Assess, provide feedback and report on student learning to inform teaching practice and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to the professional life of the school by working collaboratively with colleagues and engaging in ongoing professional development.
  • E nsure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience in Curriculum Middle Leader (Tier 3) (HPE).
  • Have strong literacy, numeracy and digital literacy practices plus a clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
  • Be committed to child safety.
  • Exhibit exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display proven organisational skills.
  • Commit to engaging with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes.
