Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to lead our engineering transformation. This role will focus on delivering full-stack solutions with a strong emphasis on front-end development using Next.js or React, while also overseeing backend services using .NET and .NET Core.

You will be accountable for significant portions of large-scale platforms, end-to-end, from team management to security, performance, and reliability. Your expertise in coding, designing, and building business-driven payments solutions at scale and velocity is essential.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to design our overall tech direction, advising and influencing on technologies and complex integration strategies. Your technical expertise will drive pragmatic engineering design decisions and shape the technical evolution of our system.

  • Lead the design and technical strategy for our flagship projects
  • Develop full-stack solutions with a strong focus on front-end development using Next.js or React
  • Oversee backend services using .NET and .NET Core
  • Accountable for significant portions of large platforms end-to-end

Key skills:

  • .NET Technologies such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API
  • Front End: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript Framework
  • Expertise with Microservices, GraphQL API, Apollo GraphQL, and Restful API design patterns
  • Databases – PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • DevOps and CI/CD – Github Actions, TeamCity
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, AWS Cloudwatch
  • Ai & Machine learning and LLM knowledge desirable
