Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer Role

Unleash your technical expertise as a mid-senior full stack developer, working on complex business and technical problems. You will be part of an innovative software consultancy that focuses on delivering value-driven digital products to clients.

The role requires you to lead by example, working hands-on with your teammates to deliver solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Working under autonomy with a self-driven attitude to own problems and deliver solutions
  • Understanding the complex business and technical problems, learning quickly, understanding tradeoffs, and communicating a solution
  • Capability to research alternative solutions and propose them within given constraints
  • Applying different languages and technologies to your projects while coding side by side with other developers on your team
  • Implementing continuous delivery practices to accelerate the delivery of new valuable functionality to its intended users
  • Applying test-driven development practices to ensure high quality of the software, and reduce future effort and cost on implementing changes to the product
  • Mentoring and coaching less experienced software engineers in the company family and in client tech teams, hosting tech meetups and community events to share expertise with others
  • Advising clients on the right technical decisions and advocating for the right practices to use
  • Being an ambassador for the company, promoting its values and practices to ensure building software right
  • Participating in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs

The skills required for this role include:

  • Being an expert in one or more coding languages (e.g., .Net, Java/Kotlin, Python) and being comfortable with learning a new language/technology required for a new client project
  • Having experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
  • Applying test-driven development practices (TDD) to work
  • Working knowledge of one of the cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Terraform. Experience with Kubernetes would be an advantage
  • Being comfortable with one of the agile methodologies for organizing work
  • Being flexible and ready to wear multiple hats during the project lifecycle
