Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage testing activities for complex projects.
  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
  • Analyse and report on test results, and escalate issues and risks.
  • Manage test teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing.
  • Agile testing experience with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong team-work skills across business and virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience using test management tools including Jira Xray.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce.
  • Ability to facilitate innovation and new ways of working.
