Children's Learning Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to provide a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
About the Role:- Design, deliver and assess engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to diverse needs.
- Support colleagues through effective collaboration, coaching and mentoring.
- Nurture positive relationships with children, families and the team.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations in accordance with Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics.
- Foster a safe, healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children, staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations and quality standards.
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
